Paving work related to the Downtown parklets project will necessitate various closures along East Main Street in the coming weeks.

During the closures, crews will be milling the current asphalt and installing new asphalt along East Main Street from Mays to Sheppard Streets. 

• June 18 and 19 – East Main Street from Mays to Lampasas Streets will be closed and repaved during daytime hours. The road will be reopened each evening. During the work, the City Hall Parking Garage will only be accessible via East Bagdad Avenue.
• June 25 and 26 – East Main Street from Lampasas to Sheppard Streets will be closed and repaved during daytime hours. The road will be reopened each evening.
