At approximately 4:06 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, a motorcycle and two passenger vehicles were involved in a fatal collision in the 1700 block of North IH 35.

John Walker McClintock, 31, was traveling northbound on the southbound side of the highway and Austin Police were traveling parallel to his vehicle on the northbound lanes attempting to stop the suspect.

In Round Rock, the suspect’s Nissan collided with a motorcycle and another vehicle. The motorcyclist, Domonick Turner, 25, was found deceased on scene.

McClintock was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
