Former Mayor Ray Litton died Saturday, April 12. He was 82.
Litton served on the Round Rock City Council from 1970-1978. He was Mayor from 1973-1978.
Litton was on the Council that hired Round Rock’s first professional City Manager, Jim Hislop. He was also one of the first home builders in Round Rock.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 17, at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown.
