Friends of RRPL Receives Grant from Chaparral Women’s Club and RR Woman’s Club

The Friends of the Round Rock Public Library is honored to announce it has received a $700 grant from the Chaparral Women’s Club in support of the library’s mission to provide enriching resources, programs, and services for the community. In addition, The Friends also received a $1,000 grant from the Round Rock Woman’s Club.

The generous grant will help fund Memory Care kits, expanding opportunities for lifelong learning and enabling the library to continue serving residents of all ages. The funding reflects the Chaparral Women’s Club’s ongoing commitment to strengthening organizations that make a meaningful impact throughout Williamson County through charitable giving and community partnerships.

We are incredibly grateful to the Chaparral Women’s Club and Round Rock Woman’s Club for investing in our community through the library,” said Library Director, Michelle Cervantes. “Their generosity will allow us to enhance our services and provide even more opportunities for education, creativity, and connection for our patrons.

The Round Rock Public Library serves thousands of residents each year through its extensive collection of books and digital resources, educational programs, technology services, and community events. Support from community organizations like the Chaparral Women’s Club and Round Rock Woman’s Club helps the library continue to innovate and meet the evolving needs of the growing Round Rock community.
