The Harrell Parkway low water crossing will be closed for repairs Feb. 21-28. The closure is limited to the area between the Dell Diamond northwest parking lot and Rock’N River Water Park. 

All Old Settlers Park amenities will still be accessible via Harrell Parkway at Old Settlers Boulevard, T C Oatts Lane, Aten Loop and Kenney Fort Boulevard.
