New utility billing portal now available online

The City of Round Rock has launched a new online billing portal that provides residents a way to manage usage and payments more effectively.

City utility customers can now log on to RRTXWater.com to pay their bill, track and compare water usage, and receive timely information and updates. By creating an account, users can compare their usage to others in their zip code and region, sign up to receive billing and service notifications, and set up auto pay by debit or credit card. There are no longer transaction fees for payments using a debit and credit card.

Future plans for the service include a robust mobile app, which will include the ability to pay bills using smartphone technology and give users instant access to their information.

For customers not able to pay online, the City still allows payment through banking institutions, by phone at 1-855-894-2392, via the 24-hour deposit box located near the corner of Bagdad Avenue and Sheppard Street, or in person at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Mail payments are also accepted to Utility Billing, 221 E. Main Street, Round Rock, Texas, 78664.
