Beginning Sept. 2, open house sign permits will be issued by the Planning and Development Services Department instead of Administration.

Open house sign permits allow realtors and other home sellers to place signs in the city-owned right-of-way in order to direct potential buyers to an open house. Otherwise signs are not allowed in the right-of-way unless they pertain to traffic or safety. Each sign displayed must have a permit sticker or it will be removed.
