On Tuesday, Dec. 23, Round Rock Police arrested Christopher James Hernandez, (DOB May 3,1986) of Georgetown, for Indecency with a Child – Exposure.

After receiving various tips from the public, a thorough investigation led to Hernandez being charged for exposing himself in a red four-door sedan to a female student near an area middle school on two separate occasions. During the investigation, Hernandez admitted to the act and is currently being held in the Williamson County Jail.

As a safety precaution, it is always best to make sure children are in groups rather than alone in residential neighborhoods and parks. Parents, continue to talk to your children about their daily activities and report any suspicious activity immediately to Round Rock Police at 512-218-5500.
