Police make arrest in sexual assault case

RRPD BadgeOn Friday, December 5, Round Rock Police and the U.S. Marshal’s Office Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested Francisco “Paco” Mar-Grafias, 22, of Round Rock, for sexual assault of a child. On Nov. 21, the victim went to the suspect’s residence, where she was given drugs and alcohol and later fell asleep. The next morning, the victim woke up naked, with no recollection of the previous night’s events.

After leaving the suspects residence, the victim’s mother contacted her daughter by phone, and advised her that a video had been posted on Facebook. The video showed Mar-Grafias filming the victim’s naked body and touching her, with no response from the victim, leading her to believe her daughter was unconscious at the time. The victim’s mother immediately contacted local law enforcement to report the offense. During the investigation, the suspect admitted to having intercourse with the victim. Mar-Grafias is currently being held in the Williamson County Jail.
