Police seek assistance identifying disorderly conduct suspect

Disorderly conduct suspect pic 1At 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, Round Rock Police responded to the Public Library, 216 E. Main St., regarding a male subject who had been previously seen fondling himself inside the library on two other occasions. Library personnel immediately called 9-1-1 to report the incident, but when he observed employees watching him he fled the library on foot.

When officers made contact with library personnel, officers were told the subject was watching females in the library and began fondling himself. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 210 pounds, with black hair and black goatee. See photo at right, and photos below.
