Round Rock Utility Billing shifts in-person card payments to self-service payment tablets

In an effort to streamline transactions and reduce lobby wait times, Round Rock Utility Billing will require customers paying with a credit card in the office to use self-service payment tablets located in the Utility Billing lobby.

Customers paying with cash or check can continue to pay their bill directly with Utility Billing staff. Customers paying via credit card can also pay their bill online anytime, day or night, at www.roundrocktexas.gov/paymybill. or by calling 1-855-894-2392.

The City of Round Rock’s Utility Billing Department manages water, wastewater, stormwater and solid waste account services for residents and businesses. The team handles account setup and maintenance, issues monthly bills, processes payments and provides customer support for service questions. Utility Billing also offers a variety of payment options—including online, by phone, mail and in-person—to make managing accounts as convenient as possible.
