Utility Billing site now active

The City of Round Rock’s Utility Billing site, RRTXWater.com, is now live for customers to pay their bills online and request new service or disconnects.

The site experienced technical difficulties for the last two weeks.

Accounts affected by the issue were those with bills due on Aug. 10 and 17. Those accounts will not receive penalties or be disconnected as a result of late payment this month. Individuals set up on auto pay may see charges incurred later than their usual date.

Payments can also be made the following ways:

  • Phone – Call the toll-free number at 1-855-894-2392. Be sure to select “#” after your CID number and Account number, i.e. XXXXXX# XXXXXX#.
  • 24-Hour Deposit Boxes – A deposit box is located at the corner of Bagdad Avenue and Sheppard Street at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street, in addition to a freestanding deposit box on the east side of of the building. Check or money orders only.
  • Lobby or Walk-in – Located at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Cash payments are accepted.
  • Regular Mail – Mail to Utility Billing, 221 E. Main Street, Round Rock, Texas, 78664
