Ladybug Music sample class for babies and toddlers

The Round Rock Public Library presents a very special Babytime featuring a sample class from Ladybug Music .

We know music is a key part of early learning–and Ladybug Music’s philosophy is to give children a love for music, and also enough musical knowledge to empower kids to use use music to express themselves.

Participants will learn a little about music in early learning, have a fun time participating, and check out what a Ladybug class might be like.

This is a free, no-obligation program.

The target audience for this class is babies and young toddlers, alongside their caregivers.

For more information, please contact Virginia Hadley, 512-218-3279.

This class replaces our normal Babytime format featuring stories, songs, and finger plays around a weekly theme.

Rockin’ Kids Club: Art club with special musical guest Mr. Mo (ages 5+)

Elementary students are welcome to join us at the Round Rock Public Library‘s Rockin’ Kids Club art week on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 4:30 pm.

Local musician Mo Pair will entertain us with his Mr. Mo Childrens’ Program. Mo maintains a swift pace, covering folk songs, chidrens’ songs,… and a little rock-n-roll that caters to kids. Mo explores educational tidbits that only folk songs can provide, and promises to leave kids singing a quirky and fun rock-n-roll number, from the Beatles era!

On Monday afternoons the Library offers a rotating set of activities that highlight science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Join the fun at 4:30 pm.
