City offices, including the Library, will be closed Monday, Feb. 20, for the Presidents Day holiday.

Residential curbside garbage and recycling service will remain on its regular Monday schedule.

The Clay Madsen Recreation Center will be open on a reduced schedule, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
