An election will be held Dec. 16 to fill the City Council Place 6 vacancy created when Kris Whitfield resigned Oct. 6.

Three candidates are on the ballot: Hollis Bone, John Montgomery and Hilda Montgomery.

Early voting begins Wednesday, Nov. 29, and ends Tuesday, Dec. 12. For specific dates and times for Early Voting, visit the Williamson County Elections website.

Election Day and Early Voting locations are:

• Baca Center, 303 W. Bagdad Ave.
• Williamson County Jester Annex, 1801 E. Old Settlers Blvd.

The Williamson County Elections Office, 201 SE Inner Loop, Suite 104, Georgetown, is a polling location for early voting only.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day.
