The Round Rock Police Department responded to a two-vehicle collision just before 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15 at East Old Settlers Boulevard and West Mesa Park Drive. Williamson County resident Levi Carreon, 20, was pronounced deceased at the scene. One other person was transferred to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
