Bungalow built ca. 1930 needs to be moved to avoid demolition. Original house is 26 ft x 44 ft, with a carport and 12-ft addition dating to the 1990s. Although considered to have otherwise retained significant historic integrity it was never designated as a historic property. Preference will be given to proposals that keep the structure in Round Rock. See structure notes for more information about the property or contact the Planning and Development Services Dept. at 512-218-5428 or kharding@roundrocktexas.gov.
