Round Rock transit services scheduled to return to regular operating hours Aug. 17

Transit services in Round Rock will return to regular operating hours of 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. beginning Monday, Aug. 17. This includes Capital Metro fixed routes as well as the Star Shuttle ADA paratransit service. Route 980 will remain suspended at this time.

Transit hours were previously reduced in March of this year due to COVID-19. Face coverings will continue to be required and social distancing will be encouraged by leaving empty seats in between customers. All buses and the Transit Center will continue to be regularly disinfected.

Riders who require assistance or have with questions about specific routes may visit capmetro.org or call 512-474-1200.

For information on how to access the paratransit service, please visit roundrocktexas.gov/departments/transportation/public-transportation/ada-paratransit-service/ or call 512-244-7433.
