Saturday update: City water operations returning to normal

Feb. 20 update: City of Round Rock water operations are strengthening as the distribution system returns to normal operations. The City is no longer asking customers to curtail their use.

For those customers who suspect they have a leak or broken pipes, the City recommends they turn off their private shutoff valve, typically located on the private property side outside of the meter box, before calling a plumber. For water or wastewater emergencies, call 512-218-5555.

As a reminder, there is NO boil water notice in effect for City of Round Rock customers. A boil water notice was never issued for Round Rock customers during the recent winter weather event.

Area residents who live Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) but have a Round Rock street address should follow any notices sent out by their water providers.
