Historic property tax exemption applications due April 30

Applications for the 2014 partial property tax exemption for historically significant properties are due April 30, 2014. Applications may be submitted to either the Williamson County Appraisal District or Planning and Development Services Department. Links to information about the exemption program and application are below.

If your property received a “needs maintenance” rating last year, please complete the noted repairs as soon as possible to be eligible for the exemption this year. Inspections will begin May 1. Please refer to the tax exemption schedule below for more information.
