The Round Rock Police Department arrested a suspect in connection with a Dec. 1 burglary at Four20 Smoke & Vape Shop, located at 1400 E. Old Settlers Blvd.

Officers responded to an alarm activation at the location at approximately 2:50 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 1. Security footage showed three suspects exiting a vehicle and forcibly entering the business.

Further investigation revealed that the same location was also burglarized in November 2025, when three suspects broke the front door glass and attempted to smash a display case with a hammer.

With assistance from Flock Safety cameras and ongoing investigative work, officers identified and located the stolen vehicle used in the Dec. 1 burglary.

This led to the arrest of 17-year-old Issac Jermaine Flores White of Round Rock. White was booked into the Williamson County Jail and faces the following charges:

• Burglary of a building (1 count)
• Burglary of a vehicle (1 count)
• Criminal trespassing (2 counts)
• Evading arrest or detention
• Outstanding warrant for burglary of a vehicle

The investigation remains ongoing as officers work to identify and locate the two remaining suspects.
