Round Rock Police arrest suspect in reported CVS burglary

The Round Rock Police Department arrested a suspect early this morning following a reported burglary.

On December 2, 2025, at approximately 4:30 a.m., officers responded to an alarm activation at the CVS Pharmacy located at 501 University Blvd. A store representative reported seeing an unknown individual on surveillance video inside the business, behind the sales counter.

The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Erik Banda of San Marcos, was safely taken into custody and booked into the Williamson County Jail. He is charged with burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
