CAUGHT: On Friday, Oct. 18, Austin Police apprehended two suspects in connection to the July theft of $30,000 in jewelry in Round Rock. Thanks to tips sent in from the public, RRPD Detectives were able to positively identify Efrain Osorio-Espinoza, 17, and Vincent Ascencio, 18, of Austin.
