Round Rock West Drive will be closed near McNeil Road for road construction starting Jan. 5.

With all lanes of Round Rock West Drive closed at the McNeil intersection, southbound traffic will be detoured onto Bluff Drive, while northbound traffic will be detoured to St. Williams Avenue.

The road project will also close the right-hand lane of westbound McNeil Road at the Round Rock West intersection.

The lanes are expected to be closed for approximately three weeks.

Roadway improvements at the McNeil/Round Rock West intersection include the installation of a westbound McNeil right-turn lane and upgrades to the existing traffic signal.
