City of Round Rock offices, including the Allen R. Baca Center, Round Rock Public Library, Municipal Court and Utility Billing Office will be closed Monday, Feb. 16 in observance of Presidents Day. The Clay Madsen Recreation Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Utility bills and court-related fines can be paid online.

Trash and recycling collection will remain on its normal schedule.
