Round Rock pools open Memorial Day Weekend for 2025 season

Feeling the Texas heat? Relief is just around the corner! City of Round Rock’s pools will begin opening for the summer later this week. For complete information on Round Rock pools, visit www.roundrocktexas.gov/pools. 

Rock’N River Water Park

3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd. (located inside Old Settlers Park)

Memorial Weekend Hours:
Friday, May 23 through Monday, May 26 
Open noon to 6 p.m.  

Regular Summer Hours:
May 27 through Aug. 10 
Open daily (closed on Wednesdays) from noon to 7 p.m.  
*Beginning Aug. 16, Rock’N River will have adjusted end-of-season hours.

Daily Admission Fees:
Twilight hour fees also available at select times
$14 adult (18-49) 
$12 youth (3-17) and seniors (50 and up) 
$6 infant (2 and under) 

Pardon our dust!
Construction is underway on a multi-year expansion of Old Settlers Park funded by the May 2023 voter-approved bonds (including an expansion of Rock’N River!). To improve access to the water park and soccer fields, the City recently opened Heritage Crossing, a new roadway connecting Kenney Fort Blvd to Harrell Parkway, offering a more direct route to the water park and soccer fields during Harrell Parkway closures. Please plan a few extra minutes and follow all posted signs and detours.

Friday, May 23 through Monday, May 26 
Open 1 to 6 p.m. 
Note: One lane will be dedicated to lap swim during all recreational swim hours. 

Regular Summer Hours:
May 28 through Aug. 10 
Open 1 to 7 p.m.  

Daily Admission Fees: 
$5 adult (18-49) 
$4 youth (3-17) and seniors (50 and up) 

Lake Creek Pool

800 Deerfoot Drive (located in Lake Creek Park) 

Memorial Weekend Hours:
Saturday, May 24 through Monday, May 26 
Open 1 to 5 p.m.

Regular Summer Hours:
May 31 through Aug. 8 
Closed Mondays
Tuesday through Thursday open 1 to 5 p.m.
Friday through Sunday open 1 to 7 p.m.

Daily Admission Fees: 
$2 adult (18-49) 
$1 youth (3-17) and seniors (50 and up) 

Don’t forget: The Clay Madsen Recreation Center has an indoor pool open year round, and Prete Plaza in Downtown Round Rock features a fountain available for splashing and play. For more information about pools, rental rates and season passes, visit www.roundrocktexas.gov/pools.
