City of Round Rock’s Utility Billing services will be temporarily closed from 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7 through 8 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8.

The City’s Utility Billing office, toll-free payment phone line and RRTXWater.com will not be functioning during the closure.

The closure is allowing personnel to conduct annual training and close out finances for the previous fiscal year.
