  • The City Hall drive-thru window will close permanently after March 30. The drop-box will remain accessible at the drive-thru location.

Welcome to Round Rock! We are excited you chose Round Rock to be your new home. All the information you need to know when moving to Round Rock is included in the New Resident Guide. The water, wastewater (sewer), drainage utility, garbage and recycling collection services are provided through the City. See Connect Service to access the Application Forms. Friendly Rock Program

This program helps those in need of financial assistance pay for essential water utility services. To donate, call 512-218-5460 or submit the Friendly Rock Application to the Utility Billing Office.

Service Interrupted/Disconnected

If your water service has been interrupted for non-payment, please call 512-218-5460 to speak with a billing representative. If payment has been made, provide the confirmation number to the billing representative to have service restored. Accounts subject to interruption must be paid before 5 p.m. Central Standard Time on the due date in order to prevent possible interruption.
