All lanes of IH-35 and frontage roads just south of University Boulevard will be closed from 6 to 6:30 a.m. this Sunday, Sept. 8 to allow crews to lay fiber optic cable. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes during the short duration of the closure.
