This project is to reconstruct the existing two-lane CR to a six-lane divided and added pedestrian facilities along with curb and gutter and drainage from CR 117 to CR 110.

The City of Round Rock conducted a public meeting regarding the proposed roadway improvements of CR 112 from AW Grimes Blvd to CR 110 in Round Rock, Texas on Tuesday October, 26, 2021.
The purpose of the meeting was to present information and solicit public comment on the proposed reconstruction and widening of the roadway. Round Rock staff and their consultants were available at the meeting to discuss the proposed project.

Project Update: January 2026

The westbound bridge is largely complete, with only minor railing work remaining. The tie-in at CR-110 is nearing completion, and several roadway sections are approaching the paving phase. Drainage and roadway work continue as scheduled.
