Harrell Parkway Reconstruction

This project is part of a larger Old Settler’s Park Improvement Project. For more information about the park project please contact Katie Baker, Park Development Manager 512.341.3355 kbaker@roundrocktexas.gov. Harrell Parkway will be reconstructed to a 2-lane rural roadway section with selected left turn lanes. The roadway project will also include upgrading the low water crossing at McNutt Creek with a bridge and separating pedestrians and traffic at multiple locations using an elevated roadway or sidewalk. Shared-use path, lighting, and landscaping improvements are also planned along Harrell Parkway.

Project Update: January 2026

Heritage Crossing and A.1 is complete with the exception of the surface course of asphalt, which will be done after the bridge is complete.

Harrell Parkway from US 79 to the Creek Crossing is under construction, with the section south of Dell Diamond as a priority.
