Old Settlers Extension
This project will be a connection from Red Bud N (CR 122) to CR 110. This is expected to be a 4-lane divided section with a bridge segment.
This project is part of the City’s Transportation Master Plan and will complete a new segment of Old Settlers Boulevard from N. Red Bud Lane to County Road 110, extending the east-west corridor and providing greater connectivity for residents to other roadways and destinations in the community.
The project was let for construction September 24, 2024, and construction began in December 2024. Completion is anticipated by Summer 2026.

Project update: August 2026
The project is essentially finished. There are a couple of items the contractor must complete before final acceptance. We are, however, waiting for some work on the Red Bud North project to be completed so that the two projects will align properly for traffic to cross the intersection. The intersection should be open by mid fall.
Project update: May 2026
The project is very close to completion and acceptance. Early summer 2026.
