The National Weather Service has issued an Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Central Texas, including Williamson and Travis counties, through Tuesday, Nov. 3.
As of 8:45 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, the following roads are closed because of high water.
- Lee Street in Memorial Park
- Park Lane in Lake Creek Park
- Harrell Parkway in Old Settlers Park
- Low water crossing at The Creek Apartments
- Old Bowman Road
