**The Utilities and Environmental Services Department is making improvements to the drainage channel at Kensington Greenbelt. The trail will remain open at all times, but expect construction traffic in the area. Construction is anticipated to start the week of February 13th and last until mid-April. For questions about the project, please contact the Utilities and Environmental Services Department at 512-218-5555.**
From recent public surveys, our residents have made it clear that trails are an integral part of the City’s infrastructure. Today we have approximately 18 miles of built hike and bike trails, with several more miles in the planning stages. We are continuously working to link the trail segments together to provide more connectivity for residents.
