City offices, including the Library, Clay Madsen Recreation Center, Municipal Court and Utility Billing Office will be closed Monday, Sep. 5, for the Labor Day holiday. Utility bills and court-related fines can be paid online.

Rock’N River Water Park will be open Sep. 3, 4 and 5 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
