On Saturday, November 22, at 12:00 p.m. officers responded to a rollover accident involving two vehicles at the northwest corner of Louis Henna Dr. and IH-35 Frontage Road. A preliminary investigation found that the driver of a red Chevrolet sedan was traveling southbound on the Frontage Road of IH-35 and struck a Mitsubishi SUV traveling westbound on Louis Henna Dr. Upon impact, the SUV hit a light pole and rolled over. The Chevrolet spun around and ended up facing northbound on the Frontage Road.

The driver of the SUV was initially trapped in the vehicle and extracted by the Fire Department. The driver of the SUV was transported to Round Rock Medical Center with serious injuries. The driver of the Chevrolet was pronounced deceased on the scene. The deceased has been identified as 28 year-old Zachary Neil Alvillar, of Round Rock, Texas.
