Round Rock city pools re-open for the 2026 season

Feeling the Texas heat? Relief is just around the corner! City of Round Rock’s pools will begin opening for the summer later this week. For complete information on Round Rock pools, visit roundrocktexas.gov/pools.

Rock’N River Water Park and Micki Krebsbach Pool both re-open for the summer on Friday, May 22. Lake Creek Pool follows suit on Saturday, May 23.

Rock’N River has been under construction and is set to re-open at nearly twice its former size, with the addition of a man-made river, cabanas with a private pool and added parking. The expansion was among projects in the voter-approved 2023 general obligation bond package.

Residents are also invited to check out the varying experiences available this summer at Micki Krebsbach and Lake Creek pools.
