Connect Service

Connect, transfer or disconnect utility service with the City of Round Rock

Request new service, disconnect service, or transfer existing service using our new online portal at RRTXWater.com.
Applications may also be filled out in person at the Utility Billing Office during normal business hours.

The City requires 1-2 business days’ notice to connect or transfer service. Service will be activated during normal business hours. Applications received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be initiated on the preceding business day. Applicable connection fees and deposits will be applied to first month’s bill.
