Round Rock Arts Fest is our annual celebration of creativity in all of its forms, with live performances, food and drink, vendors of all kinds, 8 foot sidewalk chalk murals being created before your eyes, visual artists, interactive art and music experiences, and more! Some of that “and more” includes a fun Oktoberfest with Bluebonnet Beer Company! This three day event is for families, residents, and visitors to Round Rock, and admission is free! Round Rock Arts Fest takes place at Centennial Plaza, in Downtown Round Rock, and is hosted by the City of Round Rock Arts and Culture.

We have chairs and tables, chalk and boards for you! Register in advance. No walk-ins.

PLUS: We will also have vinyl chalk squares and pastels available for artists of all ages to create art on-site during the event. (No advance registration/walk-ins only)

Join Our Volunteer Crew

We’re looking forward to a fun-filled Round Rock Arts Fest, and we need your help as a volunteer to make the event a successful one!

We are asking volunteers to contribute two or more hours of assistance at this lively arts event. This is a great opportunity for those seeking volunteer service hours for school or work.

Celebrating Food & Drink

Round Rock Arts Fest is two festivals in one, thanks to Bluebonnet Beer Company for providing its 10th annual Oktoberfest during throughout the three day weekend! We’ll be announcing our complete roster of yummy food vendors soon.

Celebrating Performance

Performances at our annual event include a variety forms of music and movement — with dance, martial arts, acrobatics, live music, and more! We also have space where visitors to the event can make music themselves!

All of our spots are filled for vendors, food vendors, and performers! Thanks to all who applied.

Celebrating Vendors

This year we will have 114 mostly artist vendors for your shopping enjoyment. We also welcome you to get to know the numerous businesses and nonprofit organizations that are participating too!

Celebrating Visual Arts

There are more ways than ever to create chalk art at Round Rock Arts Fest! We have an area for sidewalk chalk art murals, plus a tent for making art in comfort on Ampersand boards and paper. Throughout the event, there will be other participatory arts experiences too.

Plus, enjoy an art exhibit by the Central Texas Pastel Society inside of the Baca Center lobby, as well as more art by the Center Art Club of Round Rock in the lobby and hallways of the Baca Center.

Celebrating Chalk

Watch as artists creative sidewalk chalk murals, while still other artist render their creations on Ampersand boards and vinyl chalk squares (walk-ins welcome!).

Still more art of pastel will be celebrated with an exhibit by the Central Texas Pastel Society inside of the Baca Center lobby during the Saturday festivities.

Parking and Ride Sharing

Round Rock Arts Fest takes place at Centennial Plaza at 301 West Bagdad Avenue in Downtown Round Rock. In addition to numerous free parking options throughout downtown streets and parking garages (see parking map here), ride sharing is available through various providers including Round Rock Rides, among other sources.
