When you see “Pick With Austin” instruments/equipment on display in the Downtowner Gallery, it’s part of a mental health awareness initiative, in partnership with 2010 Pick With Austin, Inc.

The gallery serves as a pickup/dropoff point for new and gently used musical instruments/equipment. Are you, a friend, or a family member in need of an outlet to help you get through a difficult time? The purpose of Pick With Austin is to help educate and elevate a community awareness about the dangers of depression, with a belief that Music Heals. Please take one of these free instruments home.
