Those skills assessments take place on the first day of a Lifeguard Training Class.  This is an opportunity to come practice those skills before your class begins.  For a $5/session fee you can come try out/ practice the assessment skills with a coach. You will gain pointers on how to improve your swim strokes, up your treading endurance, and get a feel for swimming with the 10 lb. brick. Classes are 40 min. long.
