Over the weekend, the Round Rock Police Department's Honor Guard participated in the Texas Peace Officers' Memorial March at the Texas State Capitol, honoring the service and sacrifice of fallen officers and their families.

Honoring the life of Officer Charles M. Whites, Jr.
On February 25, 2018, Officer Whites was tragically struck by a vehicle while directing traffic around a crime scene. Despite lifesaving efforts, he sadly succumbed to his injuries on April 27, 2018.
Officer Whites dedicated 19 years to the Round Rock Police Department, serving in roles as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and SWAT Negotiator.
We will never forget his selfless service and sacrifice.
