Report and Search Requests
To make a records request, please complete the online form found at the City’s Open Records Center. Once you have submitted the form, it will be routed to the appropriate agencies. A fee schedule associated with records requests is listed below.

Open Records/Subpoenaed Record request $15;
$.10 per standard page
$.50 per oversized page

$3.00 for DVD’s
$2.50 for VHS
