The Library engages children with learning through free formal and informal enrichment experiences. Our regular programs are listed below, but please note that our current programming is a mix of in-person and online events. Most in-person events have very limited capacity, and they require pre-registration through the online calendar. Be sure to check our calendars for additional special events. Storytime (birth – preschool) Storytime is a lively 30-minute combination of books, movement activities and songs best enjoyed by families with their children. Join us for Babytime, Toddlertime, Preschool Storytime, Bilingual Storytime and /or Family Storytime.
Events for Kids and Tweens (ages 5-12)
The library hosts regular after-school activities and special events for kids and tweens.
The Summer Reading Program (all ages)
Exercise your brain this summer! Join us for a fun reading challenge and exciting events.
Young Authors Writing Contest (ages 8-18)
In April and May, young authors may submit an original short story or poem to be turned into a book.
