The Round Rock Public Library offers adult learners the chance to continue learning new things through the resources below.
O’Reilly unlocks 60K+ titles and 30K+ hours of video across multiple learning formats, including audiobooks, learning paths, case studies, and more. And get access to our early release books for an exclusive look at authors’ insights before anyone else.
Udemy offers thousands of on-demand video courses taught by world-class instructors across 75 categories for upskilling in the areas of business, technology, and design, as well as courses on health and well-being, the arts and language learning. Courses are replaced monthly with new material addressing emerging topics. On-demand videos in eight different languages taught by native-speaking instructors are also included.
ESL Classes
**UPDATE: 9/8/2023 – Registration for the Fall Session of ESL classes at Round Rock Public Library is now closed. Please check back for updates pertaining to the Winter/Spring Session coming this Fall.
The ESL Fall Session starts on September 11 and ends December 15 and is as follows:
Monday
- 9:30 – 11 a.m. (All Levels)
- 1 – 2:30 p.m. (Intermediate)
Tuesday
- 10 – 11:30 a.m. (Intermediate)
- 1 – 2:30 p.m. (Beginner)
- 6 – 7:30 p.m. (All Levels)
Wednesday
- 9:30 – 11 a.m. (Advanced)
- 1 – 2:30 p.m. (Intermediate)
Thursday
- 10 – 11:30 a.m. (Intermediate)
- 1 – 2:30 p.m. (Beginner)
Friday
- 10 – 11:30 a.m. (Beginner)

Tech 1-on-1
We also offer patrons one-on-one help with smart devices, library databases, and/or computers. Our librarians can show you basic steps, answer questions, and troubleshoot minor issues.
Appointments are required and should be booked at least 7 days in advance. Appointments last 45 minutes. We’re happy to work with you more than once.
Keep in mind we are not technology professionals and may not have the solution to your issue. We’ll do our best, but in some cases, we may suggest you seek professional assistance.
