Meeting Room Information

Three meeting rooms of different sizes are available for all citizens at the Round Rock Public Library.

  • Room A (66 people – available if Room C is not reserved)
  • Room B (66 people – available if Room C is not reserved)
  • Room C (132 people – comprised of Rooms A+B together)

Reservation Steps checklist:

  • Read the room offerings and select a room
  • Read the fee schedule
  • Read the guidelines
  • Check the schedule and availability
  • Reservation requests require 1 week advance notice to allow for processing, orientation and securing an Attendant, if needed.
  • You will receive a phone call or email confirming receipt of your reservation within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday.
  • Forms will be emailed to you for completion. Forms are required to be scanned back within 1 week of submitting the reservation request.
  • An invoice will be emailed to you. The reservation will be confirmed when the room orientation is complete and the deposit is paid.

Requirements to secure reservations:

  • Required forms(emailed after submitting reservation request)
  • 501(c) (for non-profit organization)
  • credit card, check, or cash

NOTE: Frequent or recurring reservations are not accepted. Meeting rooms are generally available throughout the year, pre-scheduled annual events such as the Library’s Mystery Nights in early April can limit availability to the public. There are Library events and programs where decorations are hung in the meeting rooms during year.

1400 square feet. Each holds 80 people, auditorium style and classroom style.
(Available: 7 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. Sunday – Saturday)

Location:
Round Rock Public Library 1st Floor – North entrance from Liberty St.

Hours:
7 a.m. – 10.30 p.m. Sunday-Saturday and all set up and take down must be done within time listed on contract.

Refunds:
All fees and deposit are payable in advance to secure the reservation. The fee and deposit will be returned if reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to the requested date of use. Please see the fee schedule for more information.

Furnishings:
10 tables, 80 chairs, podium, large screen TV with attached HDMI cable and remote

Kitchen:
Available in Room A only. Meant for catering, not full meal preparation. Includes a refrigerator, stovetop, sink, countertop, microwave.

Capacity of Room A or B:
80 people, auditorium style and classroom style. 1400 square feet

Capacity of Room C:
Meeting Rooms A and B combine to make meeting room C. Same information as for Rooms A and B, except that the numbers for capacity are doubled. See the room guidelines and the fee schedule for additional information. 2800 square feet.

NOTE: Instructions for meeting room equipment use. Equipment use requests must be indicated on the Agreement Form. An orientation for the use of Meeting Room equipment is required prior to the date of the reservation. Users provide laptop, HDMI cable or appropriate adapter.
