2026 Adult Summer Reading Challenge
How It Works
Register
Starting June 1, make a ReadSquared account. You’ll automatically be assigned to the Adult Summer Reading Challenge.
Read
Read or listen to books, magazines, and/or graphic novels in June and July.
Log Your Reading
Log your reading on ReadSquared by July 31. You’ll earn one point for every minute you’ve spent reading since June 1, up to 1,500 points.
Log Your Missions
You can also earn 10 extra points in the program by completing and logging any (or all!) of our special missions.
Claim Your Prizes
For every 300 points you earn, you’ll get to choose a prize! Stop by the third floor service desk between June 8 and July 31 to pick your prizes. We have books, stickers, local art, and more. You can earn up to 5 prizes. (You’ll also be entered into our grand prize drawing and special weekly giveaways!)
Grand Prizes
For every 300 minutes you log, you’ll receive one automatic entry into our grand prize drawing! Limit 5 entries per person. Winners will be notified on August 1.
