Library on the Go
Our new pop-up library service, Library on the Go, is intended to reach people in our community who may not have easy access to the library. We hope to encourage reading and literacy, connect with the community, and provide library services in a fun and engaging way.
The Library on the Go program will be back this summer at Frontier Park and Meadow Lake Park!
Please Note: The dates listed below are subject to change based on weather (rain or extreme heat).
RRPL will be at Frontier Park on 4th Saturdays starting on May 23 through August 22 from 9-11 a.m.
You can find us at the east end of the park near the playscape and tennis courts.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
You will need a valid government issued ID like a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. If your ID does not have your current address, you will also need mail with your name and current address on it. Minors will need a parent or guardian with them to sign up for a library card.
Yes, almost everything we are bringing to the park must be checked out with a Round Rock Public Library Card. We may occasionally have some free books, movies, or activities to hand out, but these items may not always be available.
Items borrowed will be due on our next visit to the park. You can bring them back to us at the park. If you miss us, you can also drop them off at RRPL either inside or at the book drop on the west side of the library.

The Library on the Go outreach program will be set up at Frontier Park and Meadow Lake Park. We are open to trying out other parks in the future, though, so please do let us know if you are interested in Library on the Go in your neighborhood. Any parks must be within the Round Rock city limits.
