Meeting Room Offerings

Room Information

 

Please read the room guidelines for more information concerning room rentals.

Instructions for meeting room equipment use. Equipment use requests must be indicated on the Agreement Form. An orientation for the use of Meeting Room equipment is required prior to the date of the reservation. Users provide laptop, HDMI cable or appropriate adapter.

Location: Round Rock Public Library 1st Floor – North entrance from Liberty St.
Hours: 7 a.m. – 10.30 p.m. Sunday-Saturday and all set up and take down must be done within time listed on contract.
Refunds: All fees and deposit are payable in advance to secure the reservation. The fee and deposit will be returned if reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to the requested date of use. Please see the fee schedule for more information.
Furnishings: 10 tables, 80 chairs, PA system, A/V screen, podium
Kitchen: Available in Room A only. Meant for catering, not full meal preparation. Includes a refrigerator, stovetop, sink, countertop, microwave.
Capacity of Room A or B: 80 people, auditorium style and classroom style.  1400 square feet

Meeting Rooms A and B combine to make meeting room C. Same information as for Rooms A and B, except that the numbers for capacity are doubled. See the room guidelines and the fee schedule for additional information. 2800 square feet.

Use of the Library’s meeting rooms does not constitute library or City of Round Rock endorsement of viewpoints expressed by participants in the program. Advertisements or announcements implying such endorsements are not permitted unless the Library has consented to co-sponsor a meeting or event. Co-sponsorship is decided by the Library Director, the Youth Services Manager, or the Public Services Manager.
